Meditation enables us to develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time. If our mind is peaceful all the time we will be happy all the time.

Advantages of a daily practice

You don’t have to meditate for a long time each day to experience the benefits of meditation. 5, 10 or 15 minutes of meditation is enough to calm your mind, improve your mental clarity, reduce feelings of stress and tension and give you perspective on your life. By meditating daily over a period of time you can improve your relationships, develop a balanced and happy mind all the time and uproot the negative minds that are the cause of your problems.

When our mind is peaceful we are free from worries and mental discomfort, and we experience true happiness. Meditation is the method to make our mind peaceful and can be practiced by anyone.
