Our courses are open to everyone and cover a wide range of practical, profound and inspiring topics.

Learn to Meditate

Half-Day Course | Saturday July 24: 10.00 am – 1.00 pm

Session 1: 10.00 – 11.15 am

Session 2: 11.45 am – 1.00 pm

Meditation practice creates positive states of mind conducive to happiness. This course is perfect for those new to meditation or those wishing to reboot their practice. We will explore basic meditation techniques that allow us to experience inner peace. We’ll focus on the two major obstacles to successful meditations: mental wandering and mental sinking.

Cost: 30$ (No Charge for Class Pass Holders)
