Introduction to Meditation

Find Your Inner Peace | Thursdays 7.00 – 8.30 pm

About the Class: We want to be happy all the time, even during sleep. How can we do this?  We can do this through training in meditation because meditation makes our mind peaceful, and when our mind is peaceful we are happy all the time, regardless of our external circumstances. In this series of classes based on the Tharpa Meditation CD series Meditation for Everyday Life, discover simple yet profound meditations that can be practised by anyone and that help us to experience inner peace and mental clarity, and help us to increase our love and compassion for others. This class is perfect for those who wish to build the foundations of a successful meditation practice.

Schedule: The class is on Thursday evenings, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
