Learn to Meditate

In this busy, modern world, many people are now turning to meditation. The goal of meditation practice is to become deeply familiar with positive states of mind that are conducive to happiness. If you’ve been thinking of trying meditation or wish to reboot your practice of meditation, these workshops are perfect for you. We will explore the basic meditation techniques that will allow us to experience inner peace. In particular, we will discover how to avoid the two major obstacles to successful meditations: mental wandering and mental sinking. Everybody welcome!
