From time to time, we all need peace and quiet.  It allows us to gather our thoughts and emotions, and put things in perspective.  In this day meditation retreat, you will be guided through simple meditations that calm the mind, creating inner peace and clarity. No previous experience of meditation is required. Everyone welcome!

11:15 – 11:45 am: tea/coffee break
