How to Solve our Human Problems
Time: Sunday 7.00 – 8.30 pm

Weekly meditation classes offer practical methods to improve the quality of our lives through meditation and especially learning new ways of thinking. You can learn how to develop and improve your experience of happiness and inner peace. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
All the weekly classes are currently offered online. Many of the regular classes use Prayers for Meditation to help calm the mind and fill us with inspiring energy. You can find a copy in our online shop.
Booking will stay open until 30 minutes after the start of the course. You will receive a zoom link in the confirmation email to join the live-streamed class. Please email registration@meditateinToronto.com if any questions or difficulties.

March 7 – Becoming our own protector In the Sutra of the Four Noble Truths, Buddha said: “You should know suffering”. In this class, we’ll learn how our human life has immense meaning, like a wishfulling jewel, because it gives us the opportunity to attain permanent liberation from suffering. Meditation on the preciousness of our human life
March 14 – What stops us from being happy? In the Sutra of the Four Noble Truths, Buddha said: “You should abandon origins.” In this class, we’ll learn the fundamental reason why we suffer, which is that we have delusions within our mind. Delusions are distorted ways of looking at ourselves, other people and the world around us. Like a distorted mirror, they reflect a distorted world. Meditation on our wish to learn to recognize our own delusions
March 21 – Is suffering inevitable? In the Sutra of the Four Noble Truths, Buddha said: “You should attain cessation.” In this class, we’ll learn how it’s possible to attain the complete and permanent cessation of our suffering through practising the scientific methods taught in Buddha’s teachings. Meditation on our wish to attain nirvana
March 28 – Learning to free ourselves. In the Sutra of the Four Noble Truths, Buddha said: “You should practice the path.” In this class, we’ll learn practical methods to begin to free ourselves from suffering by changing our attitude of mind during our daily life, without having to change anything externally.
