About the Class: 
Happiness and unhappiness do not exist outside the mind. They are feelings, which are parts of the mind. If we want to experience real lasting happiness and be free from problems, we must learn to develop and maintain a peaceful mind. This series of classes is based on the book How to Transform Your Life by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. It presents a series of Buddhist meditation practices to bring us closer and closer to an experience of inner peace and lasting happiness. By following these teachings, we can transform our daily experiences, both pleasant and unpleasant, into a spiritual path that brings great meaning and purpose to our life.

About the Teacher: Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is the Resident Teacher of KMC Canada and the NKT National Spiritual Director for Canada.
