Stopping our Anger in Three Easy Stages • Special three-week series • Buddhist meditation classes • Tuesdays 7.00 – 8.30 pm • in person only

The Buddhist sage, Shantideva, said:

“There is no evil greater than anger

And no virtue greater than patience”

Anger is one of our most common and destructive delusions and it afflicts our mind almost every day.  When we learn deeply the wisdom techniques explained in these classes, we shall never feel anger towards any living being.  Instead of anger, compassion will arise naturally in our hearts.  Everyone welcome.
