Please make one booking per person and ensure the booking is under your full name.

Our weekly general program classes are non-refundable. However you can request a credit coupon voucher for a future class if cancelled more than 24 hours before the class.

For cancellations made more than 7 days before other events, such as courses, workshops, retreats or special events, you can request a refund for all but the 25% of the total fees.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit. Please note it can take 10 to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of the event are non-refundable.

If you wish to donate the refundable portion of your cancelled fee to the International Temple’s Project, please indicate this at the time of cancellation.

With the exception of the Sunday morning kids class (please click here to see when this class will resume), children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. With regret we have no child care facilities and Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada cannot be held responsible for children whilst on site.

Rates for events fees:
0 – 7 years old: no charge
8 – 15 years old: 50% discount
16 years +: full adult price

Wheelchairs: Our temple is wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator with a doorbell on the side of the building.

Hard of hearing: We have special headphones in the meditation room for those who are hard of hearing. Please let us know in advance that you will need those so that we can set them up for you before your arrival.

Audio recordings are offered for some of our special events, such as Dharma festivals & celebrations, day and weekend courses with our Resident Teacher or visiting resident Teachers.

Audio Recordings are not offered for meditation retreats, half-day courses or workshops, general program weekly classes and public talks.

You must have attended the event in order to purchase the audio recordings of it.

Audio recordings are for the sole use of the recipients and should not be shared or in any way distributed.

Nearby accommodation is available in our new Dharma Guest House for those taking part in the activities of the Temple. Room availability is very limited. We recommend that you submit your request for bookings well in advance.

Bookings require full payment at time of booking.

Once approved and paid in full, If you cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund less 25% if canceled more than 7 days prior to your reservation.

If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the reservation, you will not receive any refund unless we are able to re-book your room/bed.

Free internet access is available throughout the house.

Self-Serve laundry facilities are available.

Children under the age of 16 years old will not be able to stay in the Dharma Guest House accommodation. Young Adults (16 & 17 years old) may stay in twin accommodations if their nominated responsible adult is also staying in the same room. Standard accommodation rates apply.

Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed on the property.

Pets are not allowed in our accommodations.

Only vegetarian food may be consumed on the property.

It is not permitted to play radio, musical instrument, computer or other device without headphones.
