Three In-Depth Study Programs
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, Founder of the New Kadampa Tradition, has designed three unique Study Programs: the General Program (GP), the Foundation Program (FP) and the Teacher Training Program (TTP). These in-depth study programs consist of the systematic study and practice of New Kadampa Buddhism and are especially suited to people of this modern world.
If we just dabble superficially in a spiritual path we will never gain a deep and stable experience, and our wisdom will never develop to its full potential. This is why these spiritual programs are so important. – Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

Foundation Program
The Foundation Program (FP) is designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding and experience of Kadampa Buddhism through a systematic study of six texts by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
When you join, you will experience the great benefits of being part of this systematic study program. Through this you can improve your good heart, your wisdom, and your cherishing of others by going deeper into your study and meditation practice. Click here to read more about the texts studied and the benefits.
*This is not a walk-in program and enrolment is required. All FP students sign up freshly at the start of each new book or section of a book. You are also required to have attended General Program classes regularly for a minimum of 6 months before joining the Foundation Program. It is strongly advised that you start your studies at the beginning of a new book or section of a book. Read the commitments here.
