The Art of Letting Go
Do you ever find yourself stuck in cycles of negative thinking, even when you want to let them go? In these meditation classes, you'll discover practical techniques to let go of negative minds and break free from self-limiting thoughts. These methods will empower you to cultivate an inner space of clarity and happiness, helping you become a more positive, confident, and resilient person.
These classes include two guided meditations and a talk on nurturing deeper inner peace and a clear sense of purpose and direction in our lives. After each class, there is time for Q&A.
Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience with meditation is required. You do not need to bring anything with you, and the meditation is conducted on chairs (though you are welcome to bring a cushion if you prefer).
The classes are held in the peaceful, friendly, and comfortable surroundings of the Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre.

By attending these classes, you will develop practical skills for letting go of these negative minds and cultivating a more positive mindset.
Teacher - Jay Roberts
Jay brings a wealth of personal experience and warmth to his meditation classes, acquired through years of dedicated study and practice within Kadampa Buddhism. As a very sincere teacher and regular volunteer at KMC Canada, he embodies the qualities of loving-kindness and warmth, making him very approachable and easy to relate to. Jay teaches in an engaging, practical, and down-to-earth manner, inspiring people in their meditation practice and helping them discover their own source of happiness from within. Regardless of your background or beliefs, his classes are designed to be accessible and beneficial to everyone.

How to book: You can book in advance via our website or simply drop in and register upon arrival. Pre-registration is encouraged to allow a smoother registration process and decrease your wait time at the door. Doors will open 30 minutes before the start of the event.
To book in advance, click on the booking button below and fill out the booking form. At the end of the booking process, you will receive an email confirming your booking.
Promo code: If you are a class pass holder, you may enter your promo code at the top of the booking form to get your discount.
