Many of us have a tendency to be hyper self-critical, which leads to self-doubt, mental pain, and low self-confidence. These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work, and our ability to realize our full potential in life.

In this course, we will explore how Buddhist meditation can help us let go of negative self-talk and free ourselves from feelings of inadequacy and discouragement. Through this process, we can cultivate self-acceptance and develop a genuine, lasting confidence that arises from recognizing our true potential for limitless peace from within.
