She is a student on the Teacher Training Program and explains Buddha’s teachings in a practical way that is easily applicable to everyone’s busy daily life. Rose is a warm-hearted and dedicated volunteer member of our spiritual community and is a responsible for our Bookstore & gift shop as well as Tharpa Publications Canada. ***

In situations of difficulty, we can easily become frustrated. We may even believe that our frustration is a trusted ally, capable of helping us solve our problems. However, in truth, anger often leaves a trail of damage, including broken relationships, resentment, painful feelings, and a sense of regret.

In these classes, the Teacher will share Buddha’s illuminating and practical teachings that can help you to let go of anger and frustration and develop inner resilience and strength, enabling you to maintain a positive outlook in the face of life’s adversities. These classes are based upon the book How To Solve Our Human Problems by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

These classes are held in the peaceful, spacious, quiet and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada.  Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any point.  Each class will be followed by complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions.  We also have many books and materials available at our Temple shop to help people deepen their learning and experience through further reading.  No previous experience of meditation is required.  Everybody welcome!
