Half-day course ~ Creating a Sacred Space For Meditation

Creating a Sacred Space For Meditation

Half-day course with Kelsang Rigma

Within our busy modern lives, we need a quiet place of sanctuary in our home, a place where we can spend time in contemplation, meditation, and relaxation. This space, through the power of association, automatically uplifts our mind and instills a sense of peace within us.

In this course, you will learn the basics of creating a beautiful sacred space in your own home. Specifically, you will be taught how to set up an authentic Buddhist shrine and how to use it to give power and depth to your daily meditation practice.

This course is held in the serene, spacious, and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada. In between sessions, enjoy complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. Our Temple shop also offers a variety of books and other meditation materials to support your journey toward greater understanding and tranquility.

No previous experience with meditation is required. Everyone is welcome!
