Finding Peace in Turbulent Times: Developing Inner Resilience

Life can be hectic, even chaotic. Is it even possible to find inner peace amidst the demands of modern living? Or are we destined to feel perpetually stressed and overwhelmed?
In this course, we will explore Buddhist wisdom and meditation practices designed to help us become positive and resilient in the face of life's challenges. These practices, known as 'transforming adverse conditions into the path', are essential tools for helping us navigate life's difficulties while remaining mentally tranquil and strong.

This course is held in the serene, spacious, and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada. In between sessions, enjoy complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. Our Temple shop also offers a variety of books and other meditation materials to support your journey toward greater understanding and tranquility.

No previous experience with meditation is required. Everybody is welcome!
