Purifying the Past
The root of future happiness
Special Day Course with Guest Teacher
Kelsang Thogmé
In our previous lives, under the influence of deluded minds, we have committed many negative actions. As a karmic result, we now experience many obstacles to our spiritual aspirations and progress. It is, therefore, essential to purify this negative karma that prevents us from experiencing true happiness and truly helping others. We can do this through practising the Bodhisattva's Confession of Moral Downfalls taught by Buddha.
Discover this ancient practice and the power of regret, prostrations, offerings, and the promise of holy beings to purify our mind so we can progress with confidence on our spiritual path. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
