Overcoming Self-Limiting Beliefs

Overcoming Self-Limiting Beliefs ~ Developing Confidence & Self-Esteem

Half-Day Course

Self-criticism and self-loathing make us miserable and directly undermine our ability to grow into the person we wish to be. Superficial affirmations are not enough to help us abandon these ingrained negative minds. They will continue to obscure our true nature and sabotage any personal development until we address them directly.

In this course, Gen Kelsang Thekchen will look at how we tend to base our confidence on deluded views of ourself and others, which leads to low self-confidence and a lack of self-respect. Once we develop self-confidence and self-respect rooted based in reality and an awareness of our limitless potential, we will be able to grow spiritually and develop into the wise, compassionate person we long to be.
