Tuesday Drop-in classes with Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Chodor

Many people are familiar with meditation, but few know how to practice it correctly and effectively in a way that has a profound, positive impact on the mind.

In this series of classes, based on the teachings of the meditation master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, we will discover how to meditate effectively and apply this knowledge to gain deep insights into the three principal aspects of the path to enlightenment.

These three principal aspects—renunciation, Bodhichitta, and the correct view of emptiness—are Buddhist meditation topics rich in wisdom that guide us towards true happiness, open our hearts, and liberate us from negative and confused states of mind.
