These prayers for world peace were prepared by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and extracted from texts by Bodhisattva Shantideva and Bodhisattva Langri Tangpa. They help us to receive inspiration and increase peace throughout the world. Each session will include meditations and a short, 10 minute teaching from the book New Eight Steps to Happiness by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. This book is a commentary to Bodhisattva Langri Tangpa’s Eight Verses of Training the Mind, a famous poem written almost one-thousand years ago but as relevant today as it was then. These sessions are always free of charge. Everybody welcome!
