Explore a powerful sequence of meditations that help us to develop a calm mind and special inner qualities, such as patience, kindness, generosity, compassion and love.

During a meditation retreat, we reduce our normal daily activities and concentrate for a period of time on developing our peaceful minds and spiritual qualities – finding happiness from within. No previous experience of meditation is required.  Everybody welcome!
