Find your Inner Peace

Half-Day Meditation Course

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful so that we can find relief from mental discomfort, worries or anxiety. Through a qualified meditation practice, we become deeply familiar with states of mind that are conducive to happiness. Whether you've been thinking of trying meditation or you simply wish to reboot your meditation practice, join us for half a day, where you will learn simple yet important techniques to ensure that your meditation practice is successful and brings the wanted results. In particular, we will learn the principal difficulties, or obstacles, to a successful meditation session - mental wandering and mental sinking, as well as how to overcome them. No previous experience of meditation is required.  Everyone is welcome!
