Escape the stress and busyness of city life to discover the peace of meditation. Be guided through simple meditations that relax the body and the mind, leading to a deep experience of inner peace and contentment. During a meditation retreat, we reduce our normal daily activities and concentrate for a period of time on developing our peaceful minds and spiritual qualities – finding happiness from within. No previous experience of meditation is required. Everyone is welcome!

Pre-registration is encouraged to allow a smoother registration process and decrease your wait time at the door. Doors will open 30 minutes before the start of the event.

Promo code: If you are a class pass holder, you may enter your promo code at the top of the booking form to get your discount.
