Silencing the Inner Critic
How to overcome Negative Self-talk
Half-Day Course
Many of us have a tendency to be our own worst critic, which leads to self-doubts and a negative self-perception. These debilitating thoughts do not serve any useful purpose and can affect our relationships, our work, and our ability to realize our full potential in life. Why not learn how to feel better about yourself! In this half-day course, we will learn how to use meditation and Buddha’s teachings to experience the freedom of letting go of self-critical thoughts, self-doubt, and feelings of discouragement. By putting these teachings into practice, we will become able to recognize and experience our potential for limitless inner peace and mental freedom. No previous experience of meditation or Buddha's teachings is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
