How to Solve Our Human Problems

How to Solve Our Human Problems

Respond to life's challenges with a positive mind
Tuesday evening weekly class

These classes offer a rare opportunity to receive commentary to the book, How to Solve Our Human Problems. The teachings in this book are particularly powerful for helping us develop a strong, stable, peaceful mind of patient acceptance, thus overcoming our tendency to become stressed, anxious, or angry in difficult situations.

In this series of classes, we will learn how to respond to life's challenges with a positive,  peaceful mind, using these situations as opportunities for spiritual growth. Through understanding and practising the teachings in this book, we can gain true inner strength and confidence. This book is beneficial for beginners and long-term practitioners alike.

Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually. Drop in anytime. Classes include two guided meditations and a practical teaching. Each class will be followed by complimentary refreshments and a Q and A in our community room. Everyone is welcome!
